OUR MISSION STATEMENT 
Our mission to provide high quality, compassionate health care to patients in their homes.  Our services will promote independence, dignity, choice, privacy and individuality in meeting healthcare needs and preferences of our patients. 
 “Your Health Team” is introducing you to our statement of commitment and dedication to you and our mutual patients. Home healthcare is a service we believe in and we want to assure each of our colleagues that we are dedicated wholeheartedly to our promise to deliver and perform the highest standards of care.  You will immediately notice the difference in our team approach to caring for your patients. We treat each patient with respect and dignity along with teaching them to manage their disease. We will keep you updated as to any change in the patient’s condition or any other issues that may arise. We become part of “your office” and you will always know how your patient is doing. Every patient not only has an RN case manager in the field, but an RN clinical supervisor in our office as well who is available to you and your staff at all times. We are giving you this written promise that each and every patient will experience communication, loyalty, trust, dignity and independence. Our Administrator/CEO and co-owner  is

JEAN CAMPBELL, RN.
Jean has been in home healthcare since 1987 serving in various capacities of nursing. She is dedicated to the highest standards of ethics and patient care. She was selected in 2005 as a lifetime member of the Empire's "Who's Who Registry of Executives and Professionals" and also an acting member of the Texas Association of Home Care, National Association of Home Care, National Write Your Congressman and NFIB. Our Assistant Administrator/CFO and co-owner is 

DONNA ONSTOTT

 Donna started her career in home healthcare in 1996 and started this agency in 2004 with Jean Campbell, RN.  She serves as Assistant/Alternate Administrator and CFO.  She was named Professional of the Year representing home healthcare in 2006-2007 and 2009 by Empire's Who's Who. She is an active member of National Associatiion of Home Care, Texas Association of Home Care, NFIB, and National Write Your Congressman. Our Director of Nursing is

TAMMY GOODE, RN.
Tammy has been with our agency since 2005 and has served as Field RN, QI Nurse,Clinical Supervisor and now as Director of Nursing. Her vast range of knowledge with our agency and home healthcare helps her ensure that our staff is providing the highest quality of care to our patients at all times.  You may contact Tammy by email:

Our OBQI Director is

JANNA SEDDON, RN.
 Janna has worked in home healthcare for many years in various positions from Field RN, QI, and Case Manager. She started with our agency in 2007 as a Field RN and now serves as OBQI Director.  Her knowledge of home healthcare will ensure that our agency is in compliance with state and federal regulations and that our agency is providing quality care to our patients at all times. You may contact Janna by email: jannaseddon
