standards of ethics and patient care. She was selected in 2005 as a lifetime member of the Empire's "Who's Who Registry
of Executives and Professionals" and also an acting member of the Texas Association of Home Care, National Association
of Home Care, National Write Your Congressman and NFIB. She was selected as 2006-2007 Empire's "Professional of the Year"

Assistant Administrator/CFO and co-owner is
her career in home healthcare in 1996 and started this agency in 2004 with Jean Campbell, RN. She serves
as Assistant/Alternate Administrator and CFO. She was named Professional of the Year representing home healthcare in
2006-2007 and 2009 by Empire's Who's Who. She is an active member of National Associatiion of Home Care, Texas Association
of Home Care, NFIB, and National Write Your Congressman. She is very active in political issues concerning the home health

Tammy has been with our agency since 2005 and has served as
Field RN, QI Nurse,Clinical Supervisor and now as Director of Nursing. Her vast range of knowledge with our agency and
home healthcare helps her ensure that our staff is providing the highest quality of care to our patients at all times. You
